Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days from request — may result in withdrawal processing being suspended and, if non-compliance persists, Account closure.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, cuan368 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use.

Where bonus abuse is detected, cuan368 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, cancel any pending withdrawals derived from such activity, and close the relevant Account.
